If the product that you received has inherent defects the product will be replaced at no cost subject to the customer submitting photo evidence of the particular defect.
Product refunds may be granted on a discretionary basis subject to the merits of each individual case.
Because once-off boxes are picked randomly, and themes cannot be guaranteed,
NO exchanges can be made on once-off sales due to duplication of themes.
Once a box’s seal has been broken, it cannot be exchanged EXCEPT when there are defects in the box, caused by Hatsy Subscription Boxes or by Courier services.
